Treatwell is Europe's largest hair, beauty, and wellness booking marketplace, paired with salon management software called Connect. It operates across the UK and much of Europe — Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and more — and reports partnerships with over 150,000 salons and around half a million customers searching for appointments every day.

The draw is demand plus operations in one place. Connect handles the salon back office — appointment calendar, online booking, staff scheduling, client profiles, automated email and SMS reminders, reporting, and payments — while the marketplace profile puts the business in front of Treatwell's large consumer audience. Integrated marketing tools add loyalty incentives, rebooking nudges, and targeted campaigns, with analytics covering revenue, staff utilization, and client growth.

Its commercial model is a finder's-fee structure: a monthly software fee (a Starter plan around €29) plus a commission — reported around 35% — charged only on the first booking of each genuinely new client the marketplace introduces, with all repeat bookings commission-free. It runs on the web and on the Connect mobile apps. Treatwell fits European salons and spas that want marketplace demand and salon software together, and are happy to pay for new-client acquisition rather than every booking.
