About This Directory
calendlyalternatives.org is a directory of 74+ scheduling tools that compete with Calendly — from free booking links to salon platforms, scheduling APIs, and AI assistants. Its job is to help you shortlist the tools that actually fit your use case, then send you to the vendor to verify the details.
Why this site exists
Searching for a Calendly alternative returns dozens of nearly identical listicles that compare the same five tools. But “scheduling” is not one problem: a sales team routing inbound demos, a salon taking deposits, and a developer embedding booking into a product need entirely different software. This directory covers the long tail — 74+ tools organized into 10 categories — so you can compare the tools that compete for your specific job, not just the biggest names.
Methodology
How tools get listed
A tool qualifies for the directory if it solves a scheduling problem that someone might otherwise solve with Calendly — booking links, appointment systems, group polls, calendar assistants, or scheduling infrastructure. It must be an actively maintained, publicly available product. Tools that shut down or stop being maintained are removed from the directory rather than left to rot.
Where profile data comes from
Each profile — description, feature list, pricing model, platforms, and best-for assessment — is compiled from the vendor's own website, documentation, and pricing pages, written in our own words. We record the pricing model (freemium, free trial, paid, one-time purchase) rather than exact prices, because prices change faster than any directory can track. Always confirm current pricing on the vendor's site before committing.
How categories and rankings work
Categories are editorially curated: a tool is included in a category only when it genuinely competes there, and each entry carries a one-line reason explaining why it made the list. The order within a category is deliberate and editorial — it reflects our judgment of fit for that category's typical reader, not an algorithmic score. Promotional offers, when present, are labeled as such on the listing.
How often content is updated
Listings are reviewed on an ongoing basis — new tools are added as they launch, inactive ones are retired, and profiles are revised when products change materially. The directory was last updated on July 11, 2026.
What this site is not
This is a research shortcut, not a substitute for your own evaluation. We summarize what each tool is and who it fits; we do not run standardized lab benchmarks on every product, and we cannot know your requirements. Shortlist two or three tools here, then use their free plans or trials to make the final call yourself.
Corrections
Vendors ship faster than directories update. If you spot an outdated feature list, a wrong pricing model, or a tool that has shut down — or you make a scheduling tool that belongs here — we want to hear about it and will fix verified errors promptly.
