Wix Bookings

Wix Bookings is the scheduling system built into the Wix website platform, letting service businesses take appointments, classes, and courses directly on their own Wix site and get paid online. Its defining trait is also its main limitation: it lives inside Wix. If your site is already on Wix, booking is native and seamless; if it is not, Wix Bookings is not available as a standalone tool.

Within that ecosystem it is capable. It supports one-on-one appointments, individually booked recurring classes, and bundled courses, with online sessions over Zoom, business-hours and availability rules, timezone auto-adjustment, staff calendars with roles and permissions, waitlists, and customizable booking forms. Payments run through Wix Payments, PayPal, and Stripe in 40+ currencies with invoicing and QuickBooks integration, and it sends SMS and email reminders while surfacing analytics on services, attendance, and revenue. Services can be sold as memberships or packages with recurring payments and discount codes.

Commercially it rides Wix's own plans: Bookings requires at least the Core plan (around $29/month), so the cost is really the Wix subscription rather than a separate scheduling fee. It is managed on the web and through the Wix mobile app. Wix Bookings fits businesses already building their site on Wix that want scheduling, payments, and content in one place — not people seeking a standalone booking link.
