Sign In Scheduling is the appointment booking platform formerly known as 10to8, now part of Sign In App's workplace platform. Existing customers still sign in at app.10to8.com, and the product keeps the reminder-heavy, no-show-fighting focus that made 10to8 a common Calendly alternative for clinics and public services.
What separates it from a standard booking link is the visitor journey around the appointment. Booking online automatically pre-registers the visitor, so scheduling connects through to the reception desk, with sign-in, no-show flagging, and post-visit surveys all sitting downstream of the booking itself. Automated SMS and email reminders paired with two-way chat are the headline retention feature, appointments can be taken across online and phone channels, and multi-site organizations get centralized management and reporting across locations.
The trade-off against Calendly is positioning and price. Scheduling is now sold as an add-on to Sign In App rather than as a standalone tool: base plans start around £415 per site per year, and appointment capacity is bought in bundles of roughly £360 a year per 2,400 appointments, behind a 15-day trial that needs no card. That makes it a poor fit for a solo freelancer and a strong one for clinics, universities, councils, and multi-site organizations that want booking, reception, and compliance in one system.
