Howie.ai
AI scheduling assistant that interprets meeting requests and helps coordinate calendar availability automatically.
Howie is an AI scheduling assistant that works entirely over email: you CC howie@howie.ai on a thread and it handles the back-and-forth of finding a time, negotiating with the other party, and putting the meeting on your calendar. Unlike Calendly's self-service booking links, Howie is a delegation-style AI executive assistant — the recipient never fills out a form, because Howie replies to them directly the way a human assistant would.
It reads your calendar and a natural-language preferences document (for example, that pitch calls should be 25 minutes on Zoom), then proposes and books times, reschedules, audits for conflicts, sends follow-ups when the other side goes quiet, and protects focus time. Human reviewers step in on uncertain cases. It integrates with Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Meet, and Zoom, and handles multi-party, cross-timezone scheduling — though it currently supports Google Calendar only, not Outlook.
Howie launched publicly in 2025 and offers a limited free tier plus paid plans, with an optional custom assistant email on your own domain. It suits founders, executives, and sales leaders who want scheduling fully handled rather than self-served, positioning it as a premium, higher-touch alternative to a booking link.
