Boulevard is a premium client-experience platform for appointment-based businesses — hair and beauty salons, spas, and increasingly medical aesthetics — that positions itself at the higher end of the market rather than as a budget booking tool. It pairs online booking and calendar management with a full point of sale, integrated payments, and detailed client profiles that carry notes, photos, and history.

The platform is built to lift revenue per client: self-booking with intelligent scheduling, two-way SMS messaging and reminders, memberships and packages, inventory management, and customizable reporting across sales, memberships, and client activity. An Aesthetics bundle adds capabilities tailored to medspas. Card processing runs at roughly 2.65% + 15¢ card-present and 3.65% + 15¢ card-not-present.
