SuperSaaS

SuperSaaS is an online appointment and reservation platform operated from Amsterdam that has been running since 2007 and reports more than 205,000 companies using it. Unlike Calendly, which is built around one-to-one and round robin meeting booking, SuperSaaS covers several booking models in a single tool: individual appointments, capacity-limited classes and events, and rentals or resource reservations. That makes it a common pick for studios, schools, clinics, salons, and equipment-rental operators rather than purely for sales calls.

The feature set is broad and highly configurable: calendar sync with Google, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Apple; payments through PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Square and others, plus prepaid credit systems and rule-based pricing where the price can depend on length, day, or start time; email and SMS reminders across a dozen SMS gateways; custom booking forms; waiting lists; access control; website embeds and CMS plugins; Zoom and Google Meet links; and a documented REST API with webhooks and client libraries. Localization is a genuine strength, with 35 languages, 26 currencies, and full time-zone support.

Pricing is unusual for the category: instead of charging per seat, SuperSaaS charges by the number of future appointments on the schedule, and paid plans place no limit on staff, locations, services, or schedules — so a five-person studio does not pay for five seats. A permanently free plan allows 50 future appointments with advertisements shown on the calendar page, and paid tiers start low and scale with booking volume. The trade-offs worth knowing: there is no native mobile app (it serves a mobile-optimized web version), and the interface is more functional than polished.
