Framadate

Framadate is a free, ad-free, open-source scheduling poll from the French non-profit Framasoft, built for finding a meeting time or making a group decision without anyone creating an account. You propose several date and time options, share a link, and participants mark their availability so the organizer can quickly see the slot that works for everyone.

It deliberately keeps things simple and privacy-respecting: no registration to create or answer a poll, real-time collaboration, multilingual support, and options to limit the number of participants or lock a poll with a password. Beyond dates it can run classic yes/no group-decision polls too. Because it is open source, organizations can also self-host their own instance for full control over data.

Framadate is free of charge and has been since 2011, funded by donations rather than subscriptions — there is no paid tier. A refreshed, mobile-friendly version with a clearer design and better accessibility is replacing the original in 2026. It is web-based and self-hostable. Framadate fits anyone who wants a genuinely free, no-signup way to poll a group for a date, and open-source teams who prefer to run scheduling on their own infrastructure.
