Rallly

Open-source date polling that finds a time across a group without anyone creating an account.

Rallly is an open-source group scheduling tool focused on one job: agreeing on a date and time across a group of people. Rather than exposing a booking page tied to your calendar, it lets you propose several time options, share a link, and have everyone mark which slots work — the organizer then reads the overlap and locks in the winner. More than 184,000 registered users have created over 300,000 polls.

Its defining trait is friction removal. Neither creating a poll nor responding to one requires an account, participants vote in seconds, and threaded comments keep the back-and-forth on the poll itself instead of scattered across email. It supports 10+ languages, timezone-aware options, and email notifications, and because the full codebase is on GitHub under an open license, privacy-conscious teams can self-host it and keep all scheduling data on their own infrastructure.

The hosted service is free forever on the Hobby tier, with the caveat that polls are deleted once they go inactive. A Pro plan at $56 per year keeps polls indefinitely, adds custom branding, and grants early access to new features. Rallly is not a Calendly-style booking tool and does not try to be — it fits teams, communities, and organizers whose real problem is coordinating a group, not publishing personal availability.
