FluentBooking

FluentBooking is a scheduling plugin for WordPress developed by WPManageNinja, the company behind FluentCRM and Fluent Forms. Instead of sending people to a hosted SaaS booking page, it lets site owners run appointment scheduling directly on their own website, with all booking data staying on their own WordPress installation.

A free version is available on WordPress.org covering one-to-one meetings, availability management, and email notifications. The Pro version adds group meetings, round robin scheduling, two-way calendar sync with Google, Outlook, Apple, and Nextcloud, video conferencing via Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, payments through Stripe and PayPal, and SMS reminders. It integrates natively with FluentCRM and Fluent Forms for custom booking forms and follow-up automation.

Pricing is per-site rather than per-user, with unlimited calendars and unlimited hosts on every plan — a meaningful difference from per-seat cloud schedulers as teams grow. Annual licenses are available alongside one-time lifetime licenses, which makes it especially appealing to freelancers, service providers, and agencies managing scheduling across multiple client sites.
