Nylas Scheduler

Nylas Scheduler is the booking layer of the Nylas developer platform, letting engineering teams build custom scheduling flows directly inside their applications instead of redirecting users to a third-party page. It sits on top of the Nylas Calendar API — the data layer that unifies Google, Microsoft, and other providers through a single plane — so availability, booking, and event creation all run through one integration rather than brittle middleware.

The Scheduler ships as embeddable web components — nylas-scheduling for the complete flow, plus nylas-date-picker and nylas-timeslot-picker — and a React component for direct embedding, giving developers full control over branding and UX for true white-labeling. A single configuration object switches between six meeting types: one-on-one, collective, round-robin by fairness, round-robin by availability, group with capacity limits, and custom API/MCP/webhook-driven logic. Native Stripe payments can be collected inside the booking flow, with session-based auth and per-configuration access control.
